Based primarily in Manhattan, responsibilities include: meticulous housekeeping, laundry, bed making, wardrobe care, and occasional dog walking. All candidates must be  comfortable traveling with the Principal, spending approximately six months each year in New York and six months in Palm Beach, with additional time in Southampton as required. This is a long term position requiring complete discretion, flexibility, and a proactive approach to maintaining exceptionally high household standards. The principal is keen to move quickly, with an anticipated start in early July, and is happy to conduct initial interviews remotely. Salary range: $45-50/hour

A family of five, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire an experienced Housekeeper/Nanny. Responsibilities include: Housekeeping, household organization, family laundry, preparing meals for the children, walking the family dog, and assisting with the children’s afternoon and evening routines. The family has three young children in the developmental stages of early elementary, toddler/preschool, and infant, with the older children in school until approximately 2:00-3:00 PM each day, allowing the earlier portion of the shift to focus primarily on household upkeep before transitioning into childcare support later in the afternoon and evening once the family’s nanny leaves around 4:00 PM.  Flexibility for occasional travel is a plus, though not required. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 12:00 PM-8:00 PM, with possible flexibility for Tuesday-Saturday or Wednesday-Sunday for the right candidate. Salary range:  $35-40/hour. June start date.

A family of three with homes on the Upper East Side and in the Hamptons, needs to hire an experienced, formally trained Housekeeper/Laundress to oversee the care and maintenance of their multi-level Upper East Side residence and large summer home in the Hamptons. Responsibilities include: detailed housekeeping, caring for all surfaces and finishes, and providing exceptional laundry care, including washing, ironing, steaming, wardrobe maintenance, packing, unpacking, and clothing inventory. Additional duties include: light meal preparation, table service, assisting the Chef as needed, overseeing household vendors and service providers, purchasing and maintaining household supplies, and ensuring the home is always guest-ready, including accommodating last-minute requests and schedule changes. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while coordinating closely with the family office, as the principals are in residence for less than half of the year. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday, 9-5 with flexibility required when the family is in residence. During the summer months, living in at the family’s Hamptons home is required. Salary range: $40-$50 per hour plus health insurance. Immediate start!

A family, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a team spirited, formally trained, Executive Housekeeper/House Manager to help care for their townhouse. This person will serve as the House Manager’s assistant in his absence and the responsibilities will be as follows:

Managing the principals wardrobes impeccably, replenishing cleaning supplies, surface cleaning, assisting the chef and setting the table as needed, managing caterers and supervising vendors in the absence of the House Manager. Serving and staff training experience strongly preferred. Must drive (will be asked to go to the Hamptons on occasion). Salary: $55/hour and benefits. Immediate start.

An couple, with homes in Lawrence, NY and Miami FL,  needs to hire a full-time Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and daily upkeep, laundry, ironing, some light food preparation, and unpacking packages. Flexibility to travel to Miami in the fall and winter is a requirement. Schedule is: 9 to 5 Monday through Friday with occasional weekends required. Salary range: $40-45/hour and benefits. A busy family with homes on the Upper Wes side and in Rockland County, needs to hire a full-time, fully flexible, and highly reliable  Private Chauffeur to join their team.  The Chauffeur will be responsible for daily transportation of the entire family.   They will also handle vehicle maintenance, plan routes, check weather, run errands, and communicate with the employer and office staff. Retired law enforcement professional STRONGLY desired. Responsibilities include: picking up the children from school, escorting them to various activities, getting them home safely, overseeing homework and preparing them a small snack and/or dinner. Responsibilities include: detailed housekeeping including knowledge caring for art, antiques, delicate objects and fine surfaces, Laundry and ironing ( including linens and high-end clothing), household organization and errands and packing and unpacking for travel.
