Executive Personal Assistant/House Manager Full-Time, Live-Out
Upper East Side
A busy executive, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a Full-Time, Live-Out Executive Personal Assistant/House: Responsibilities include: Managing three properties, coordinate, schedule and oversee contractors and vendors, maintain a list of open projects, check work being done to the house in order to report back to the family, act as point of contact for housekeepers, staffers, groundskeepers, organize travel and communicate and coordinate with the principal’s travel agent, along with other travel personnel, scheduling car pick-ups and car rentals for principal and family, communicating and negotiating private jet costs with vendors, scheduling excursions, spa treatments and other activities while on vacation, running errands, scheduling personal events (doctor appts, dinners reservations, haircuts, dog grooming appts. etc.), and acting as a liaison between the principal and accounts managers and art consultants. The schedule is Monday – Friday from 10am-6pm, with flexibility to stay late if needed and work weekends if requested. Salary range: $110-$135K plus health insurance. Immediate start!
Housekeeper/Cook, Part-time, live-out
A couple, in Denver, Colorado, needs to hire a part-time Housekeeper/Cook to assist with the home. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and cooking. Someone who can cook Chinese cuisine is preferred but the employer is willing to train. The schedule is 30 hours per week and the client is flexible to accommodate the housekeeper’s preferred work days and schedule. Salary $35 – $40/hour. Immediate start.
Nanny/Family Assistant, Live out and Live in

Working parents, in the West Village, need to hire a Nanny/ Family Assistant to join their team and help care for their teenage children. Responsibilities include: helping with homework, managing the children’s busy schedules, and cooking delicious and nutritious meals for the family. The ability to swim and drive is a definite plus. Schedule is Monday – Friday 30-45 hrs. a week, flexibility a must. Salary range $30-$45 per hour base plus health benefits.
Family Assistant/Nanny Full-Time, Live-Out
A working Mom, near Prospect Park, needs to hire a Family Assistant/Nanny to help care for her preteen and home. Responsibilities include: maintaining cleanliness and organization of the home between deep cleanings, preparing meals following food allergy guidelines, walking friendly family dog, assisting with homework, making sure the child gets to and from afterschool activities, and occasionally staying overnight when the Mom travels. Ideal candidates will be flexible with their schedule, be willing to accompany the family to Vermont occasionally and will have experience working with similar aged children. Candidates able to drive during travel to Vermont and have interest in music/voice/dance/cooking would be highly preferred. Schedule is 40hrs/week from Monday-Friday with flexible hours. Candidates must have covid vaccination. Salary: $35/hr. plus monthly Metrocard. Late February start.
Nanny/Family Assistant Part Time
Park Slope, Brooklyn
A family of five, in Park Slope, needs to hire a part-time live-in or live-out Nanny/Family Assistant to help care for three school-aged children. Responsibilities include: school pick up and drop offs, helping to manage the children’s social life including cultural events, playdates, and outings, helping with homework, preparing nutritious meals and helping them keep their spaces clean and tidy. All candidates must drive. The position offers Sundays and Mondays off and the schedule is usually 7-9 am weekdays with a break and Tuesday returning for 3-6 pm, Wednesday returning 4-9 pm, Thursday 3-9 pm, and Friday 3-6 pm. Saturday hours are between 1-10 pm. Candidates must be flexible to work full days on school vacations/summer and potential sick days. For live-in candidates, a separate apartment will be provided. Full-time, Live-out and Live-in (summers) Nanny
Greenwich Village and Newport, Rhode Island
A family of soon to be five, in Greenwich Village, needs to hire a Spanish-speaking Nanny to care for their newborn. Responsibilities include: feeding, changing, establishing sleep and nap schedules, monitoring developmental milestones and caring for the child’s room and belongings. This nanny will work alongside the current nanny who is in charge of the older children. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish. The family travels to Rhode Island in the summer months so candidates should be comfortable accompanying the family there during the week (will be provided transportation home on the weekends). Occasional domestic and international travel is required throughout the year as well. This is a fully staffed home so candidates must be able to work well in a team, as well as alongside Mom who works from home. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 55 hours per week, typically 8am to 6/7pm with some flexibility needed. Salary: $100k/year plus health insurance. Immediate start.

Personal Assistant Temporary, Part-Time

A busy family, relocating to the West Coast, needs to hire a temporary Personal Assistant to help them with their cross-country move. This position will be for the months of April and May. The assistant will work 30-40 hours per week mostly remotely, but needs to be available to work in person in Manhattan as required. The job will involve assisting with the logistics for their move, including but not limited to coordinating with the moving company, arranging auction and donation of unwanted items, being available to supervise pickups and occasionally making small deliveries, and interfacing with the interior designer for the new home.
