Responsibilities include: transportation of family members to various destinations in the Tristate area including schools, extracurricular activities, appointments, shopping and driving to the family’s  Hamptons home. This individual will also be responsible for maintaining the vehicle and having it readily available in emergencies. The ideal candidate must be personable, professional, and reliable with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Schedule is : Tuesday-Friday (7am-6pm with flexibility). Working parents, on the Upper East Side, need to hire a Nanny/House Manager to assist with running the household and caring for  three school-aged children. Responsibilities include: helping to transport the children to and from school and after school activities, assisting with taking care of our cars (getting gas, taking for service, etc.), helping coordinate playdates, taking the children on special trips, overseeing homework, instrument practice, help with scheduling for the children and taking them to various appointments, purchasing/wrapping gifts for birthday parties or holidays, packing for trips and sleepaway camp, assisting with grocery shopping, helping with the children’s laundry and rooms and assisting with cooking for children. Responsibilities include: detail housekeeping and daily maintenance, household organizing and laundry, and ironing, preparing simple, healthy meals, grocery shopping, and maintaining kitchen organization and inventory. This role combines attentive childcare with comprehensive household management and requires a candidate who can seamlessly balance both responsibilities throughout the day. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with late morning and early afternoon hours dedicated to household management tasks such as laundry and ironing, closet organization, maintaining common areas to a high standard, grocery shopping and household errands, proactive restocking of supplies, meal planning and preparation, and coordination with household vendors and deliveries. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $40–$45 depending on experience.
