This individual will act as a true gatekeeper and extension of the principal, helping ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This is a highly involved role for a discreet, resourceful professional who thrives managing complex logistics, protecting executive time, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across both corporate and personal environments. The ideal candidate will have at least 7+ years of experience supporting a founder, CEO, entrepreneur, family office, or UHNW principal and must possess exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Prior experience within family office environments, executive operations, private equity/financial services support, or UHNW household management is strongly preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 9am–5pm, with flexibility required as needed to ensure priorities are handled.
