He responds best to a calm, relational approach that integrates movement, creativity, and moments of reset into the learning process.

Responsibilities include: providing individualized instruction in reading, writing, and math, using engaging, multi-sensory teaching strategies to support attention and retention, helping develop executive functioning skills (organization, task initiation, staying on track), implementing consistent routines and positive behavior strategies and breaking down tasks into manageable steps. Communicating regularly with the  parents about progress and challenges, coordinating with  the school or therapists if needed to maintain consistency.
