A family of five, on the East Side, needs to hire a, proactive, and organized Nanny/Household Assistant to assist with the afternoon care and support of their two oldest children while helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the household. Working collaboratively with the family’s other staff (including a full-time nanny and housekeeper), responsibilities include: school pick-ups, shuttling children to after-school activities and sports, assisting with homework, encouraging good manners and positive behavior, and creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment that reinforces the family’s values. Additional duties include: helping maintain organization throughout the home, light meal preparation, keeping to keep the home organized and tidy and running family errands. Availability to accompany the family to the Hamptons during the summer is appreciated but not required. Schedule is Monday–Friday from 12 to 6:30pm. Salary range: $40-45/hr. September 2026 start.

A family of three, with homes on the Upper East Side and in the Hamptons, needs to hire an experienced, developmentally focused Nanny to provide attentive, nurturing care for an infant and grow alongside their family. Responsibilities include all aspects of infant care: maintaining and supporting daily routines, preparing bottles and food, diapering, tracking developmental milestones, creating engaging age-appropriate activities, planning educational outings, facilitating sensory play, maintaining children’s spaces and belongings and child-related laundry. As the family may grow in the future, candidates with experience caring for multiple children of varying ages (including infants, toddlers, and school-aged children) are strongly preferred. A minimum of five years’ experience is required and college degree is highly preferred, as is additional experience in education, child development, or a related field. Candidates must be up to date on basic vaccines, able to swim, and comfortable living in for the summers. A valid driver’s license is a plus. Given the family’s immediate need and with the start being in the Hamptons and living in, they are open to several arrangements, including a temporary summer nanny or a long-term nanny who is comfortable beginning the position with the summer season before transitioning to Manhattan after Labor Day. A family, in TriBeCa, needs to hire a highly experienced live-in Nanny (possibly 2 ROTA nannies) to provide attentive, developmentally focused care for their children (ranging in age from toddler to pre-teen), along with another full-time nanny. The ideal candidate is proactive with a strong understanding of early childhood development and a team-oriented mindset in a fully staffed home. Responsibilities include: preparing healthy meals and snacks,  bathing, dressing, and maintaining a consistent sleep and routine schedule, while supporting developmental milestones by engaging the child in age-appropriate activities, educational play and outings. The Nanny will oversee child-related organization, including wardrobe management and seasonal transitions and maintaining clean and tidy play and living spaces. A family of three, based between homes in the Bahamas and Colorado (with extensive travel), need to hire a full-time live-in Nanny to assist them on a temporary to permanent basis with their young toddler. Responsibilities include: engaging the child in developmentally appropriate games and activities, monitoring milestones, preparing snacks and meals for the child, and handling light child-related housekeeping & laundry duties. The Nanny must be well versed in early childhood education (ideally with hands on education experience or related degree), have a valid U.S. passport, speak fluent English (though multilingual would also be great!), know how to swim, be fully vaccinated, and have a driver’s license. It is therefore a substantial property, and it must be maintained throughout to a consistently high level with the help of the Butler and other seasonal staff. Separate staff accommodation consisting of a three-bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, and one bathroom will be offered (occasionally shared with other staff).
