Responsibilities include: maintaining all areas of the home to a high standard (including deep cleaning & daily upkeep/ organization) including wood, marble and tile floors, laundry & ironing, household errands, ordering groceries & ensuring the home stays well-stocked, assisting in the kitchen and with some entertaining, and light household management (i.e. coordinating with building services, maintenance, and vendors). Housekeeper must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and have experience working in homes with fine items such as art. Principals would love to find someone who can drive, as they do keep a car in the city and it may come in handy for errands but this is not a must. Schedule is Tuesdays through Saturdays, 10am – 6pm Tuesday through Thursday and 2 – 10pm Fridays and Saturdays. Salary $35/hr. with health insurance contribution and standard benefits. The family entertains very occasionally, usually hosting other couples. Schedule is Monday to Friday and relaxed family-style dinner is served between 6:30 and 7:30pm. Family is flexible if chef would like to come in early to do shopping and light prep and return later to prepare dinner and clean-up – 40 hours guaranteed. The ideal applicant will be multilingual and an excellent communicator, with a minimum of 7 years of experience caring for children. Schedule is Monday to Friday, mornings (8am – 2pm) and afternoons (3pm-7:30pm) – guaranteeing 30 hours, with flexibility for some additional babysitting and/or weekend coverage. Summers will offer the opportunity for additional hours. Salary: $40/hr. February 2026 start.
