A family, in Midtown Manhattan, needs to hire an experienced part-time, live-out Housekeeper to assist with the meticulous upkeep of their home. Responsibilities include: detailed daily cleaning, caring for delicate and high-end surfaces (including stone, wood, and glass), handling family laundry (including high end & basic garment care), maintaining overall household organization, monitoring & replenishing household supplies, running errands, ensuring the home remains family and guest-ready at all times, and handling very light household management (i.e. overseeing & coordinating with vendors). The ideal candidate will be polished, professional, operate with discretion and have prior experience working in high-end private residences. English language fluency is a must. While the household consists of six family members, it’s rare everyone will be home at the same time and three family members can be expected on a daily basis. Schedule is three days per week (ideally not back-to-back), working roughly from 8/9am to 7pm. Salary: $50/hr. Immediate start.

A formal home, in Southampton, needs to hire an experienced Houseman who can work as a team with their Housekeepers, Chef and House manager and other staff.  Responsibilities include: vendor management, maintaining vehicles and household systems and assisting with meticulous, museum quality cleaning/upkeep and maintenance. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience caring for delicate surfaces, fine furnishings, expensive linens and high-end wardrobe. Additional duties include: window cleaning, outdoor work like pool area, furniture, tennis courts, balconies, and setting up and breaking down beach chairs and umbrellas, etc.

Must work harmoniously with other staff and take and follow directions well. Excellent English is a must. The schedule is flexible during the summer when the family is in residence six days per week 60-70 hours per week.  When the family is not in residence the hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5. This individual will build the operating structure and keep the household running at a high level without constant principal involvement. This includes maintenance, renewals, child and school logistics, appointments, supplies, travel readiness, seasonal preparation, and administrative deadlines, creating and maintaining a practical house manual covering standards, onboarding, handover, guest readiness, communication norms, emergency basics, and core role-specific procedures, supervision of all household team members (chef, housekeepers, nannies) and vendor management. All candidates must have prior experience as an Estate Manager in a UHNW family and be able to take full ownership the property and management of staff. Salary range: $170-$200k + benefits. A family of four, in Litchfield County, CT, need to hire a highly experienced, child friendly, Housekeeper/Cook/Family assistant. Responsibilities include: Housekeeping and daily maintenance, family laundry, healthy family cooking, household shopping and errands, supervision of vendors and repair personnel and taking full ownership of the home and property (daily walk throughs inside and out – noting the changing needs of the home and bringing those to the attention of the principals. This is a weekend, summer home so all candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the family – year round. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and maintenance of the home, dishes, family laundry, making beds, ideally assist Nanny with child supervision as needed and checking for inventory shortages. Must be comfortable collaborating with the Nanny and  a stay at home Mom. Schedule is typically Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:30am to 4pm, but family is flexible to provide more hours, working every weekday, and are flexible for a later start if needed. A family of 7, in Wainscott  Long Island, needs to hire an experienced, formally Trained Housekeeper/Laundress from early June until Mid-September.  Responsibilities include: meticulous museum quality housekeeping (caring for art, antiques, fine furnishings etc.), Professional laundry and ironing – caring for couture clothing, delicates etc., daily upkeep and maintenance and household errands. All candidates must drive and be dog friendly. Schedule is 9am -5pm (with some flexibility), two days off during the week. Salary range: $45-$50 hr.

Responsibilities include: laundry and ironing, general clean-up and tidying/organization, preparing snacks and simple dinners, possibly driving children to scheduled activities (not a requirement but can be discussed), and overseeing occasional service providers such as maintenance or appliance professionals, including notifying homeowners of any issues and light clean-up after visits if needed. The family employs a separate housekeeper for deep and traditional cleaning, so this role is centered more on daily upkeep, laundry and ironing, tidying, and general household maintenance and organization rather than on heavy cleaning. The ideal candidate is formally trained or highly experienced with laundry and garment care, able to follow instructions while also being proactive in noticing low supplies or minor maintenance concerns. Strong organizational skills and clear communication are essential, as is providing advance notice for schedule changes or planned time off. Mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided when using a personal vehicle for work duties. The schedule is working Monday – Friday from 11am – 7pm. Salary range: $40–$45/hour with a healthcare stipend. Immediate start.

A family of four, in Manhattan, needs to hire a Nanny/Family Assistant to assist them for the next ~18 months with the care for an infant and toddler. Responsibilities include: engaging and playing with infant + toddler (at home + local playground), planning and executing activities for them (e.g., play-dates, arts and crafts), reading books, supporting infant’s development, school drop-off and pickup, light housekeeping, helping the family manage household, preparing meals for the children every day and once per week for the family. All candidates must have experience with infants and multiple children. Other requirements are fluency in English and a CPR Certification. Candidates will also be required to travel in the summer both domestically and Internationally including 6-8 weeks in the Hamptons. The schedule is Monday –  Friday, around 50 hours per week, but flexibility is needed to occasionally stay late or overnight with limited notice due to the parents challenging work schedules.
