A family of four, in Litchfield County, CT, need to hire a highly experienced, child friendly, Housekeeper/Cook/Family assistant. Responsibilities include: Housekeeping and daily maintenance, family laundry, healthy family cooking, household shopping and errands, supervision of vendors and repair personnel and taking full ownership of the home and property (daily walk throughs inside and out – noting the changing needs of the home and bringing those to the attention of the principals. This is a weekend, summer home so all candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the family – year round. Salary range: $100k-$120k plus a health care stipend.  Immediate start.

A family of five, in Cold Spring Harbor, NY, needs to hire a child-friendly Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and maintenance of the home, dishes, family laundry, making beds, ideally assist Nanny with child supervision as needed and checking for inventory shortages. Must be comfortable collaborating with the Nanny and  a stay at home Mom. A family of 7, in Wainscott  Long Island, needs to hire an experienced, formally Trained Housekeeper/Laundress from early June until Mid-September.  Responsibilities include: meticulous museum quality housekeeping (caring for art, antiques, fine furnishings etc.), Professional laundry and ironing – caring for couture clothing, delicates etc., daily upkeep and maintenance and household errands. The ideal candidate is formally trained or highly experienced with laundry and garment care, able to follow instructions while also being proactive in noticing low supplies or minor maintenance concerns. A family of four, in Manhattan, needs to hire a Nanny/Family Assistant to assist them for the next ~18 months with the care for an infant and toddler. Responsibilities include: engaging and playing with infant + toddler (at home + local playground), planning and executing activities for them (e.g., play-dates, arts and crafts), reading books, supporting infant’s development, school drop-off and pickup, light housekeeping, helping the family manage household, preparing meals for the children every day and once per week for the family. All candidates must have experience with infants and multiple children. Other requirements are fluency in English and a CPR Certification. Candidates will also be required to travel in the summer both domestically and Internationally including 6-8 weeks in the Hamptons. Additional responsibilities include:  preparing and serving lunch and dinner on occasion, as well as managing household supplies – food, beverages and cleaning products and caring for small family dog. Must be great with technology, able to follow detailed checklists, be flexible, be able to go up and down stairs, have excellent communication skills, experience with entertaining, available to travel to the Hamptons in July and August and assist with entertaining for dinner parties and holidays. A family of six, on the North Shore of Long Island, needs to hire an experienced Full-time Nanny, live in or live out, to primarily care for their infant, while also providing occasional support for three older school-aged children before and after school. Responsibilities include all aspects of infant care: maintaining feeding and sleep schedules, engaging the baby in age-appropriate developmental activities, preparing bottles and meals as the child grows, handling children’s laundry and organization, and helping to keep children’s spaces tidy and well maintained. The ideal candidate is developmentally knowledgeable and experienced with caring for multiple children, including infants. the family already employs another nanny who will primarily focus on the newborn during the day, this role will focus on the older children, providing extra support to the family and contributing to a collaborative and harmonious household. Responsibilities include:  planning and preparing healthy meals for the children, running occasional errands, assisting with elementary-level homework assignments, and coordinating activities and playdates – especially with nearby relatives who have similarly aged children. The Nanny should also be comfortable helping with packing, unpacking, and maintaining calm routines during frequent domestic and international travel. Formal training in infant care and child development is strongly preferred.
