A couple, on the Upper West Side, needs to hire a highly skilled Laundress/Housekeeper to maintain their wardrobe and apartment to a high standards. Responsibilities include: expert laundry care for fine wardrobe, ironing, pressing, steaming, mending if needed, tracking dry cleaning etc., weekly deep cleaning of the three-bedroom apartment and caring for plants. Schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8am-5pm/9-5pm. Candidates must have long-term references in formal homes with fine wardrobe care. Salary: $50-55/hr. plus health insurance stipend. A family of three in the Lehigh Valley, PA, is seeking an experienced live-in or live-out Nanny to provide care for their infant. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, nurturing, and experienced in caring for infants while supporting a consistent daily routine. Responsibilities include maintaining feeding and sleeping schedules, diapering, and personal care, caring for the baby’s clothing and nursery, keeping the child’s spaces organized, and supporting age-appropriate development and enrichment. As the child grows, responsibilities will also include accompanying the child to classes, activities, and local events. All candidates must be able to drive and be comfortable with a small dog. A soon to be family of five, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire an engaging and creative part-time Nanny to assist with the care for a toddler and pre-school aged child. The family will employ a Babynurse but the Nanny will assist with infant care when the Babynurse departs. Responsibilities include:  school pickups, transporting the children home safely, engaging the children in age-appropriate play, doing the children’s laundry, preparing snacks and dinner for the children, and assisting with getting the kids ready for bed.  The  schedule can be Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Friday, either 1pm-6pm or 2pm-7pm, the family is flexible for the right candidate. A formal home, in Southampton, needs to hire an experienced Houseman who can work as a team with their Housekeepers, Chef and House manager and other staff.  Responsibilities include: vendor management, maintaining vehicles and household systems and assisting with meticulous, museum quality cleaning/upkeep and maintenance. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience caring for delicate surfaces, fine furnishings, expensive linens and high-end wardrobe. Additional duties include: window cleaning, outdoor work like pool area, furniture, tennis courts, balconies, and setting up and breaking down beach chairs and umbrellas, etc. Must work harmoniously with other staff and take and follow directions well. Excellent English is a must. The schedule is flexible during the summer when the family is in residence six days per week 60-70 hours per week.  When the family is not in residence the hours are Monday-Friday from 9-5. An active family, In Short Hills, NJ, needs to hire an experienced Family Assistant who can work as a team with the family’s existing housekeeper. Responsibilities include: house maintenance and after-school childcare: transportation the children to/ from school activities, dinner preparation and clean up, assisting the housekeeper with organizational and light cleaning tasks, and running errands as needed. The primary focus will be preparing family style dinners with meal prep for easy breakfasts, lunches, and snacks available in the refrigerator that the family can access at their leisure. Majority of the diet is Mediterranean/ California-style with a focus on health-forward cuisine and seasonal produce. Typical responsibilities include: menu planning, grocery shopping, preparing dinner and prep for healthy light lunch and breakfast items, kitchen clean up, maintaining & organizing the kitchen/ pantry/ fridge, and ensuring necessary items stay well stocked. There is a tree nut allergy in the home; however, these items are consumed in moderation, as prescribed by a doctor as a treatment.

Ideal candidates will have a proven career in private homes with a strong background in healthy, tasteful. ingredient-driven, cooking. Must be family and dog friendly! The family entertains very occasionally, usually hosting other couples.

Schedule is Monday to Friday and relaxed family-style dinner is served around 6:30. For the most part, dinner will be prepared fresh and displayed family style, at which point Chef is free to depart. Family serves, eats and cleans independently. Family is flexible if chef would like to do shopping and light prep offsite and arrive in the afternoon to finalize any food, prepare dinner and clean-up. Easy availability of lunch for two other household staff members  to be considered. 40 hours guaranteed. PTO for all major holidays and 2 weeks of vacation. An active family, based in Palm Beach, needs to hire an exceptional Nanny to join their fully staffed household and provide care for one kindergarten age child (though there are older children in the home). Responsibilities include: managing the children’s wardrobes and seasonal rotations, organizing bedrooms and play areas, maintaining inventories of clothing, toys, school and sports supplies, coordinating upcoming activities and appointments, packing and unpacking for travel, organizing sports equipment, creating keepsakes from school projects and artwork, researching and purchasing supplies, and handling other child-related household projects. While the children are in school, the role is focused on project management, organization, inventory, and planning ahead. Once the children return home, the Nanny’s focus shifts fully to hands-on childcare, including homework support, transportation to activities, engaging play and conversation, and overseeing afternoon and evening routines. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, flexible, and comfortable working as part of a collaborative childcare team and additional household staff. Previous experience in a high-functioning private household is strongly preferred, as is a Bachelor’s degree. Flexibility is required during school holidays, extended breaks, travel, sports tournaments, and other periods when the children are not following their regular school schedule. The family aims to keep the rotation as consistent as possible, though occasional schedule adjustments or additional coverage may be needed. During the school year, the two Nannies alternate schedules so that one week consists of working Monday–Tuesday and Friday–Sunday, followed by a lighter week of working Wednesday–Thursday. The rotation then repeats, providing each Nanny with alternating weekends off. Weekday hours are generally 6am through bedtime (around 9:30pm), while Saturday and Sunday generally begin around 7am, depending on the day and continue through bedtime. During the summer, the family relocates to the Hamptons and the position transitions to a live-in 7 days on / 7 days off rotation, generally from approximately 7am through bedtime, typically around 9:30pm. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and passport and be willing to travel domestically and internationally with the family. This is a live out role, though the family is open to those who may need to relocate to South Florida. It is possible that housing assistance will be offered for the right fit.  Salary range: $110-$150K annually plus a bonus and an excellent benefits package. Immediate start.

A  family of four, soon to be five, in the Gramercy Park are, needs to hire a Spanish speaking Rota Nanny to help care for a toddler and early school aged child.  Responsibilities include: creating learning opportunities from every day interactions and help create educational play and early childhood development. All candidates must speak Spanish exclusively to the children and help manage the children’s schedules, changing diapers, care for their rooms and clothing, preparing healthy snacks, meals and maintain sleeping and eating schedules. A formal Beach Home, in The North East, needs to hire a live out Caretaker House Manager to help provide full support and oversight for a fully staffed home as well as managing systems and vendor management.  Responsibilities include:  managing a large seasonal property  and opening and closing the home and its systems, managing the grounds including coordinating with the gardener, oversee repairs Must be familiar with home systems including Home Automation, HVAC, Security Systems and more.  This candidate must be flexible / available when employers are in residence, though during off season only twice weekly check ins on the house and systems .
