Responsibilities include: maintaining all areas of the home to a high standard (including deep cleaning & daily upkeep/ organization) including wood, marble and tile floors, laundry & ironing, household errands, ordering groceries & ensuring the home stays well-stocked, assisting in the kitchen and with some entertaining, and light household management (i.e. coordinating with building services, maintenance, and vendors). Housekeeper must have excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and have experience working in homes with fine items such as art. Principals would love to find someone who can drive, as they do keep a car in the city and it may come in handy for errands but this is not a must. Responsibilities include: managing complex personal calendars and inboxes, coordinating domestic and international travel, handling sensitive communications and overseeing day-to-day personal logistics while acting as a calm and capable gatekeeper. In addition, the Assistant will provide limited administrative support to the family office, including meeting scheduling, document coordination and ad hoc assistance as needed. The role also includes coordinating personal and family events, working closely with household staff, vendors, and external service providers, and proactively anticipating needs to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Absolute discretion, sound judgment, flexibility, and emotional intelligence are essential, as availability outside standard business hours will be required at times. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience supporting UHNW individuals or senior executives in a similarly high-touch capacity, with exceptional organizational, communication, and travel-planning skills. Experience in a family office or private household environment is strongly preferred. This is a long-term, primarily in-person opportunity based in Boston. Schedule is Monday -Friday 9:00am-5:00pm ET. Salary range: $115,000–$150,000 (with flexibility for exceptional candidates), a discretionary performance-based bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and 401(k), and access to on-site amenities such as free parking, EV charging, a gym, and a low-cost café.
