Position: Full Time, Live In, Manny, ROTA
Location: Florida, Travel

A Palm Beach family is seeking two exceptional Mannies to join their household on a 7-days-on / 7-days-off rotational schedule, supporting the care of their two oldest children (both elementary-aged). The children maintain extremely busy schedules filled with school, training sessions, practices, and competitions. The Mannies will play an integral role in helping them stay organized, active, and engaged throughout the week.  This role is ideal for active, responsible professionals who can serve as positive mentors and role models, bringing the spirit of a fun, educated, and engaged older brother combined with the maturity and professionalism required in a private household.  Responsibilities include: assisting with daily routines, coordinating schedules, transporting the children to and from practices and games, packing and managing sports equipment, and encouraging outdoor play and physical activity.

Candidates should also be comfortable assisting with homework and providing light academic support to ensure the boys stay on track with schoolwork despite their demanding athletic commitments. (Please note the family also employs a tutor who provides additional academic support.) The ideal candidate will naturally think ahead—whether packing gear bags for upcoming practices, ensuring school assignments and projects are completed on time, coordinating playdates, or researching and suggesting fun, engaging, and educational activities in the local area. The Mannies will work as part of a fully staffed household, collaborating closely with other full-time nannies and household staff. As such, excellent communication and a strong team-oriented mindset are essential. The right candidates will be flexible, dependable, and comfortable working within a collaborative environment where everyone supports the children’s success and well-being.

Former college athletes—particularly those with hockey experience—are strongly encouraged to apply, though candidates with other athletic backgrounds who bring high energy and mentorship experience will also be considered. This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals who enjoy mentoring young athletes and maintaining an active lifestyle. The schedule will generally focus on before- and after-school hours and follow a 7-days-on / 7-days-off rotation, with flexibility required when the children are not in school. Live-in accommodations are provided during working rotations. While the family prefers candidates based within a reasonable commuting distance, fly-in / fly-out arrangements may be considered for the right applicant. A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and passport, and be willing to travel domestically and internationally with the family, including spending time at additional residences. Salary range: 90–115K depending on experience, with excellent full benefits offered.
