A family of five, based primarily on the Upper West Side of Manhattan, with additional residences in Greenwich, CT and Southampton, NY, is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and flexible Full-Time, Live-Out Housekeeper. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in high-profile or high-net-worth private homes and be skilled in maintaining residences to an exceptionally high standard, including routine and deep cleaning, organization, laundry, ironing, and the care of delicate fabrics. Responsibilities will include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all family properties, managing household laundry and dry cleaning, shopping for and stocking household supplies and food items, assisting with general pet care, and working collaboratively with the family and other household staff to ensure the homes are fully prepared and running smoothly. The family also has additional apartments within their NYC building that will require occasional cleaning. The successful candidate will be discreet, trustworthy, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently while taking direction and adapting to the family’s changing schedule and needs. Flexibility and a willingness to travel between the family’s NYC, Greenwich, and Southampton residences are essential, including the possibility of arriving ahead of the family to prepare a residence and staying overnight in Southampton when the family is in residence. A valid driver’s license is required. The schedule for this position will be working primarily Monday – Friday, approximately 40 hours per week, with flexibility to include weekends as needed and occasional overnights in Southampton; the schedule will be coordinated with the second full-time housekeeper to ensure appropriate household coverage. This role is offering compensation between $50–55/hour gross, depending on experience,  plus a health insurance stipend. Immediate start!

Responsibilities include: general and detailed housekeeping, laundry and ironing, household organization, and maintaining the residence to a consistently high standard. A family, in South Orange, NJ, needs to hire an experienced Chauffeur to drive them on a daily basis. Responsibilities include: pick-ups and drop offs and someone daily errands. Two days per week  the chauffeur will go the City so all candidates must be familiar with city and river crossings.  Hours are usually Monday 9-5, Tuesday and Wednesday 9-10pm, Thurs and Friday 9-5. Responsibilities include: detailed family laundry and garment care, daily tidying and resetting of bedrooms and common areas, maintaining the kitchen, organizing pantries and closets, managing household inventory and deliveries, running errands, coordinating vendors, grocery shopping, preparing school lunches, snacks, and simple family dinners, and taking initiative with household organization projects. A family, with homes on the Upper East Side and in Westchester County, needs to hire a dedicated Dog Walker/Houseman. Primary responsibility is caring for the three dogs – two German Shepherds and a Dachshund: walking them three times a day and keeping them active and engaged, managing vet appointments, grooming and supply inventory, maintaining cleanliness of all dog-related areas inside and outside of the home and driving the dogs + Principal between the city and Westchester. Additional duties include: supporting household staff – assisting with light housework and any guest needs. The position is live out in the city and live in in Westchester. A  family of six, in Bronxville, NY, needs to hire an education-focused Nanny to work in tandem with the family’s current Nanny and Mom in caring for four children ranging in age from infant to school-aged. The ideal candidate will be a true team player who works well with others, communicates openly, and is comfortable collaborating closely with Mom and the family’s existing Nanny to ensure a seamless and supportive environment for the children. Responsibilities include: picking the children up from school, willing to play with kids of all ages and engage them in fun and enriching activities etc. , assisting with homework, supporting reading and math development, preparing meals and snacks, assisting with the care of the infant, and helping with the children’s bedtime and evening routines. A former teacher or someone currently studying to become a teacher would be an especially wonderful fit, as the family places a strong emphasis on education and enrichment. This is intended to be a long-term position for the right person, and the family is very flexible regarding the schedule, offering either full-time or part-time hours Monday–Friday, approximately 6–10 hours per day depending on the candidate’s availability. A family of three, on the Upper West Side, needs to hire an experienced Housekeeper Nanny to help manage and clean a medium sized apartment (4k sq feet) and help take care of a toddler.  Responsibilities include: full housekeeping,  laundry, errands, occasional grocery shopping and overseeing vendors and service providers. Childcare involves picking up / drop off the child from Preschool on occasion, preparing snacks and meals, maintain nap and sleep schedules, nursery duties including child’s room, diaper changes, ensuring supplies are stocked and equipment is working. This year the child will be in preschool 8.30 to 1pm with a 1-2 hour nap after so responsibilities would skew towards housekeeping. Schedule is:  Monday-Friday  8-4 requiring flexibility.
