Responsibilities include: detailed housekeeping, laundry and organized putting away of clothing and linens, managing dry cleaning, unboxing and organizing daily mail, breaking down boxes, retrieving mail, occasional errands and returns, assisting with groceries, maintaining household organization, and cleaning patio/outdoor areas. The family currently employees a full time nanny, backup babysitters, and a seasonal meal-prep chef who handles kitchen cleaning. Must be a team player who works well alongside the nannies and other staff, comfortable working independently while the family travels, and willing to work outdoors when needed. The family currently lives across two homes totaling approximately 6,000 sq. ft. on one property and also has a nearby 1,800 sq. ft. parents’ home that will be cleaned one day per week; in July 2027, they will move to a new 6,000 sq. ft. home approximately 10 minutes northeast of Delray Beach. English speaking, valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and willingness to become a notary at the family’s expense required; existing notary certification is a plus. Candidates must be pet friendly as the family has three cats. Schedule is Monday–Friday, forty hours guaranteed, with weekends off except for occasional special events. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday from 7 M to 6PM, with flexibility in the summers to work a modified schedule so the Nanny can have adequate time off and time at home. Both principals are successful businesspeople with demanding professional lives, and they are looking for a thoughtful, proactive individual who can take ownership of the administrative details behind the scenes, keep them organized and on track, and allow them to focus more fully on their businesses and personal priorities.
The ideal candidate is discreet, highly detail-oriented, and naturally skilled at establishing routines and systems without overstepping boundaries. Candidates will ideally live within a reasonable commuting distance of Cliffside Park; however, this is a hybrid role so half the week will be remote. The position will generally work Sunday through Thursday from 9am to 5pm, with flexibility as needed. Salary range: $35-55/hr. with benefits through the principals’ business. Immediate start.
