A Washington DC based family, with homes in Massachusetts and Florida , needs to hire to hire a Family Assistant/Cook. Responsibilities will include: preparing meals for the family,  running errands,  placing Amazon orders, answering emails, booking dinner reservations, tackling any ad hoc projects as they arise, and occasional doggy daycare pickup/drop off. All candidates must drive, be tech savvy and possess a pitch-in attitude and be open to assisting wherever needed. The family is open to both live-in and live-out candidates and accommodations will be provided at each location. The schedule is Monday – Friday, between 40-45 hours per week. A family of three, in New Hope, PA, needs to hire a Full-Time, Live-out Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: maintain the overall cleanliness of the home in-between deep cleans, family laundry, ironing, closet organization,  restocking the home with necessities, running errands, and trash management. A Couple, on Long Island, needs to hire an experienced Chauffeur to help transport them and help manage their fleet of vehicles.   All candidates must have experience driving high end vehicles as well as ensuring the vehicles are inspected, maintained, clean and always ready.  Provide some security to the employers and help transport them between their two homes one in Long Island and one in the Hamptons.  Hours are flexible between 40-60 per week. Responsibilities include: daily light cleaning (with a professional deep-cleaning crew visiting weekly), full laundry care including washing, drying, and occasional hand-washing of delicates, as well as thorough ironing of all clothing and household linens such as bed sheets and tablecloths. Additional duties include grocery shopping, preparing simple dinners for the children two to three times per week and running household errands. The position also requires driving the children to after-school activities; therefore, a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required, with gas expenses reimbursed. The family would like to find someone who can live in and handle night nurse responsibilities for the first 2-3 months, then transitioning to a more traditional nanny role, so previous work as an NCS/ Baby Nurse is a plus. After this period, they are flexible for nanny to live in or live out, if preferred. Responsibilities include: sleep training, bottle feeding, diapering, engaging in developmentally appropriate activities (i.e. tummy time), monitoring milestones, sterilizing bottles & toys, baby’s laundry, and traveling with the family (internationally & domestically). The Nanny will act as a collaborative partner to parents as they determine what caregiving and pedagogical approaches work best for their family. This is a dynamic, long-term role for a true partner who is comfortable growing with a family and adapting as their needs evolve. All applicants should have a minimum of 15 years nanny experience, including extensive care for infants, be up to date on major vaccines (TDAP, MMR, Flu), and have a valid passport to travel with the family. The Nanny must be COVID vaccinated, be able to drive, swim and travel with the family. The family spends summer on Long Island and will require applicants to be able to live in during the week. The typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:30/11am to 6:30pm with flexibility to handle a late date night or two. Responsibilities include: cooking two light and healthy meals a day (breakfast and dinner) , maintaining the kitchen, purchasing groceries, running household errands, setting the table, serving, and handling kitchen-related laundry (napkins, linens, etc.). There are part time housekeepers who handle the majority of the upkeep for the home, including deep cleaning. Family spends October-May in their Florida residence and the Cook/ Housekeeper should be able to go with them back and forth. Must have a valid license and speak fluent English. Preferred schedule would be working 5-6 days a week with two week days off, typically with a 9am start, midday break, and wrapping up around 8pm, after dinner is served at 7pm. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning, household organization, ironing, unpacking groceries, caring for fine artwork and polishing silver. In addition to maintaining the client’s home, the housekeeper will also be responsible for the upkeep of a small neighboring office space.
