Position: Executive Assistant, Full Time, Live Out
Location: Connecticut

A media company, in Greenwich, CT, needs to hire an Executive Assistant to support one of the executives. The Executive Assistant will manage the intersection of the executive’s professional and personal life, ensuring seamless daily operations and offering administrative support. Key responsibilities include: complex calendar management, travel logistics, vendor/household oversight, and personal administrative support including scheduling appointments, overseeing repairs, liaising with professional staff to contribute to the planning and execution of daily activities and projects, on-the-ground point of contact during production hours. Assist with production checklists and on-site needs (tech savvy candidates preferred). Manage executive’s calendar, schedule, travel, and logistics. Handle inbound communication and requests. Support daily coordination with producers, tech team and other staff.

All candidates must be proficient in QuickBooks. Must have a reliable vehicle to commute to work.  Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5PM requiring accessibility outside of normal business hours. Salary: $90K and a full benefits package.

A family of seven, with homes on the Upper East Side and the Hamptons, needs to hire an experienced Private Chef to join their household staff. The Chef is responsible for the residences’ culinary, beverage and entertaining needs from menu planning to procuring ingredients to inventorying to kitchen cleanliness. Responsibilities include: Shopping for healthy, fresh, organic food supplies and stocking refrigerators, pantries and kitchen with required items, preparing healthy family style dinner as well as  formal dinner parties (for up to 50 with additional added as needed), children parties, meeting snacks, cocktail receptions, business breakfast’s, lady’s luncheons etc. In the Hamptons – BBQs, pool parties etc. for family and guests in the busy summer season. Menus are planned alongside Mrs. and the House Manager. Household staff includes housekeepers and nannies and all staff work harmoniously to ensure the smooth running of the household.  There is an additional property in California to which the Chef may occasionally be asked to travel to. Strong wine knowledge is a big +. The schedule in Manhattan is Sunday – Thursday, in the Hamptons Thursday – Monday (flexible hours in both locations). This role requires a proactive, organized individual who can confidently manage the household while  providing attentive, structured childcare before and after school. Childcare responsibilities include: assisting with morning routine – preparing breakfast, helping the children get dressed, organizing school bags and essentials, and ensuring they are ready and on schedule for school. After school (approximately 4:00 PM through bedtime), duties include supervising the children, preparing and cooking dinner for them, coordinating and transporting (if applicable) to playdates and activities, engaging them in age appropriate activities, and managing bath and bedtime routines in a structured, nurturing environment. Additional duties related to the helping the family will include: managing children’s laundry, including washing, folding, and putting away clothing, as well as making children’s beds and keeping their bedrooms neat and organized. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and assist with dishes and cleanup after meal times. Keep the playroom tidy, organized, and clutter-free, while periodically sorting through toys and belongings to create donation piles of items no longer in use. Provide daily pet care by walking and feeding the dog. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role within a private home. Candidates who can drive are a plus, and international travel is required. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM with some flexibility. Salary range: $100,000-125,000.
