A Manhattan couple, with additional residences, needs to hire a full time Housekeeper/ Cook or Houseman/ Cook, who can live out while in NYC and live in during some summer and winter months at out of state properties. Responsibilities include:  detailed housekeeping & daily organization, laundry, errands, very light cooking (simple breakfast and occasional dinners), traveling with the principals, and assisting in the care of a small friendly dog. The ability to travel and live in during the summer and winter months is a must. Formal home experience is a must. Salary range: $40-$50/hr. Immediate start.

A family, with homes in Manhattan and Palm Beach, needs to hire an experienced ROTA Nanny to care for a toddler and an early school-age child. Responsibilities include: preparing healthy meals and snacks, bathing, dressing, involving the children in developmental and recreational activities, fun-filled educational play, playdates, classes, and any other developmental activities that promote children physical, emotional and educational growth. The ideal candidate must be discreet, well-spoken and respectful of the family’s privacy. Upscale home experience is a must, as is driving and swimming. A family of four, in Miami, needs to hire an experienced Nanny to primarily care for an infant and assist with caring for a toddler.   Responsibilities include: changing, bottle preparation and feeding, maintaining sleep nap schedules, engaging the children in age-appropriate play and learning activities, taking them to and from the park, planning activities and classes, Dr. appointments, doing the children’s laundry, cleaning their rooms, maintaining equipment and nursery cleanup. All candidates must have significant infant and toddler  experience. Private room and bath provided.  Schedule is Monday-Friday from 7AM-7PM with flexibility to occasionally work a sixth day every other week.  Salary range: $40-$45 per hour base plus health insurance or monthly stipend. A family of five, in Ridgefield, CT, needs to hire an experienced full-time Executive Housekeeper to join their established household team. Primary responsibilities include: deep cleaning and daily maintenance of the main residence and two additional buildings on the property. The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for the proper care and treatment of all household surfaces, including wood, glass, and stone, as well as preparing the home for the arrival of the principals and guests. Additional duties include: maintaining organization throughout the home, family laundry, ironing, the care of fine linens, assisting with special projects and helping care for a friendly, medium-sized dog. The home is multi-level with a significant number of stairs, so candidates must be comfortable working in a physically active environment. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative team environment, as the Executive Housekeeper will work closely with (and help oversee) another housekeeper on staff. The ideal candidate will be a senior-level professional with extensive experience in formal, fully staffed homes and a meticulous eye for detail. Because the principals spend portions of the year at other residences, the workload and priorities will naturally fluctuate depending on their schedule. The typical schedule is 8am to 4pm and the family would ideally like this person to provide weekend coverage or participate in a rotating weekend schedule (typically consisting of shorter days) with the other housekeeper. However, for an exceptional candidate, they are happy to accommodate only occasional weekend availability and hire additional part-time support as needed. Salary range: $45–50/hr. with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek regardless of seasonal schedule fluctuations. Excellent benefits are provided. The Personal Assistant/House Manager is able to work out of the home most days, with some days being able to work offsite if in-person presence is not necessary.
