Position: Estate Manager, Full Time, Household Manager, Live Out, Part Time
Location: Long Island, New York

Applicant is a highly accomplished Estate Manager, Director of Residences, and Household Executive with nearly twenty years of experience overseeing luxury residences and supporting high-net-worth principals throughout Long Island’s Gold Coast. Based on Long Island, she is seeking a long-term opportunity where she can bring her exceptional combination of estate management expertise, operational leadership, and private service excellence to a family in the region. What sets Applicant 34756 apart is her rare ability to combine executive-level business leadership with sophisticated private household management. Prior to transitioning fully into private service, she spent nearly two decades in senior leadership roles with a nationally recognized consumer products company, ultimately serving in a Vice President-level capacity where she managed multimillion-dollar budgets, global vendor relationships, large teams, and complex operational initiatives. This background gives her an exceptional command of project management, budgeting, vendor negotiations, logistics, and strategic planning that translates seamlessly into the management of luxury estates. Over the course of her private service career, Applicant 34756 has overseen every aspect of estate and household operations, including large-scale renovations, relocations, vendor and contractor management, staff supervision, travel coordination, inventory management, household finances, event planning, and day-to-day principal support. She has successfully directed extensive residential renovation projects from concept through completion, managed complex household moves, established and maintained trusted networks of contractors and service providers, and ensured that every residence under her care operates efficiently and to the highest standards. Her expertise extends to fine art, antiques, china, crystal, silver, luxury furnishings, wardrobe management, and creating impeccably maintained, guest-ready homes. Applicant 34756 is particularly valued for her ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and execute complex projects with minimal oversight.

One longtime principal describes her as “proactive, persistent, and productive,” noting that she never waits to be told what needs attention, instead identifying issues, resolving them, and moving seamlessly to the next task. The same principal entrusted her with a complete household relocation, extensive renovation oversight, and the setup of a secondary residence from the ground up, praising her discretion, loyalty, and ability to handle sensitive personal and financial matters with complete confidentiality. Longtime clients consistently highlight her extraordinary versatility and resourcefulness. One reference of more than ten years credits Applicant 34756 with single-handedly managing an entire household move, coordinating painters, electricians, furniture placement, closet redesigns, and every logistical detail while making an otherwise stressful transition completely seamless. The client described her as “endlessly resourceful, endlessly capable,” with an exceptional eye for design, deep knowledge of home systems and maintenance, and an unparalleled network of vendors and tradespeople.

In speaking with references, additional themes emerged repeatedly: Applicant 34756 is exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, trustworthy, and a true self-starter. One employer remarked that there is “nothing past her,” describing her as someone who remains on top of every detail and consistently exceeds expectations. When asked about areas for improvement, the employer stated that she is always early, handles every responsibility exceptionally well, and would be rehired without hesitation. Professional, discreet, and deeply committed to the families she serves, Applicant 34756 has built a reputation as a trusted right hand who can confidently manage everything from daily household operations to major estate projects. She would be an outstanding addition to a family seeking an experienced Estate Manager, Director of Residences, Chief of Staff, or Household Executive capable of bringing structure, efficiency, and exceptional service to a luxury residence. Depending the position, schedule and additional requirements of the role, she is seeking an annual salary between the 120-200K range.
