A family of four, with homes on the Upper East Side and in the Hamptons, is hiring an experienced nanny for their two young children. Responsibilities include school pickup, transportation to activities and classes, planning and leading daily outings and outdoor play, supporting developmental milestones (including potty training and structured, age-appropriate play), keeping kids outside and engaged for extended periods, accompanying one child to OT twice weekly, preparing healthy meals and snacks, grocery shopping, managing laundry and belongings, and providing light household support. The ideal candidate is active, enthusiastic about outdoor play, socialization and developmental activities, and able to keep up with high energy. Strong swimming skills and current CPR certification are essential. A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are needed; the family provides a vehicle. The position also involves flexibility to travel between NYC and East Hampton and to join the family on holidays and vacations. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM during the school year, and approximately 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM during summer and school breaks, plus overtime as needed. Salary range: $40-$45/hour.  Immediate start.
