A couple, in Easton, PA, needs to hire an experienced Estate Caretaker Couple for a large historic estate. Responsibilities include: overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, security, and presentation of the principal residence, additional dwellings, outbuildings, landscaped grounds, and boathouse, ensuring the entire property remains in impeccable condition and ready for the client’s arrival, sometimes on short notice, coordinating vendors, contractors, and household staff, overseeing repairs and improvement projects, providing regular property updates; managing household inventories and records, preparing guest accommodations, assisting with housekeeping, laundry, household organization, simple meal preparation and grocery shopping and ensuring smooth household operations during family visits and gatherings. The couple must be prepared to work during these busy periods when the family is in residence and remain flexible to accommodate the family’s schedule. Candidates must have proven experience working together as an estate or domestic couple, a strong background managing a large private residence or historic property, excellent organizational, maintenance, and hospitality skills, and the ability to work independently while communicating proactively and maintaining strict confidentiality. All candidates must have valid driver’s licenses with clean driving records and comfort around dogs. The schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 40–60 hours per week, depending  whether the family is in residence.
