A family, on the Upper West Side, needs to hire a highly experienced Housekeeper/Cook. Exceptional laundry skills are essential. Responsibilities include: meticulous care of delicate fabrics, designer clothing, and fine linens, including washing, ironing, steaming, and wardrobe care. The ideal candidate understands garment care instructions and pays close attention to every detail. Other responsibilities include vacuuming, dusting, disinfecting, organizing storage areas, and replenishing household supplies. Cooking is a plus (the emphasis is not on cooking but welcome if candidates have such skill). Candidates should have experience caring for high-end furnishings, delicate surfaces, and works of art. Cooking is a plus. Schedule is: Monday–Friday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Salary range: $45–$55 per hour. Immediate start.
