A family of six in Bronxville, NY, seeks a warm, well-educated, energetic nanny to work alongside Mom and the family’s current nanny in caring for four children, ranging from infant to school-aged. We are looking for a playful, engaged caregiver who is happy to get on the floor with the children, join imaginative games, read stories, and build meaningful relationships with each child. This person must work closely with Mom and the current nanny to coordinate responsibilities and keep the day running smoothly. This role also requires someone organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing the various demands of a busy family’s day. Responsibilities include: providing attentive care for the children, including assisting with infant care, planning fun, enriching activities and supporting homework, reading, and math development, managing school and activity pickups and drop-offs, coordinating playdates, and keeping track of children’s schedules, preparing meals and snacks and helping with bedtime and evening routines, and assisting with grocery shopping, errands, and other daily family needs. The successful candidate will be happy to get on the floor with the children, join imaginative games, read stories, and build meaningful relationships with each child. This person must work closely with Mom and the current nanny to coordinate responsibilities and keep the day running smoothly. This role also requires someone organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing the various demands of a busy family’s day. The ideal candidate must truly love children and be a team player—someone who communicates openly, takes initiative, and enjoys collaborating. The family offers a flexible schedule, with either full-time or part-time hours Monday–Friday, approximately 6–10 hours per day depending on the candidate’s availability. Additional hours are available for candidates interested in weekend work. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license; willingness to travel with the family approximately twice per year is preferred. Compensation: $40–$50/hour, with full benefits and generous paid time off. The start date is flexible, and the family is happy to wait for the right candidate
