A formal Beach Home, in The North East, needs to hire a live out Caretaker House Manager to help provide full support and oversight for a fully staffed home as well as managing systems and vendor management. Responsibilities include: managing a large seasonal property and opening and closing the home and its systems, managing the grounds including coordinating with the gardener, oversee repairs Must be familiar with home systems including Home Automation, HVAC, Security Systems and more. This candidate must be flexible / available when employers are in residence, though during off season only twice weekly check ins on the house and systems . Salary range: $30-70k Immediate start.
