A family, in Morristown, NJ, needs to hire a live in, highly experienced domestic couple who can, separately, handle childcare/ family assistant duties and caretake duties. First individual will handle light handyman duties (indoor & outdoor), property upkeep, light gardening, supervising landscapers & service people, changing lightbulbs, heavy lifting, packing & unpacking, managing car maintenance, pet care, coordinating with other staff members, running errands, taking out the garbage, and driving the principals. The second individual will work as a team with other childcare providers to handle the care of three toddlers, ideally handling family assistant-type duties, school drop off and pick up, transporting the children to activities, preparing meals for the children, child-related laundry & housekeeping, and traveling with the family, including spending the summers at their second residence on Long Island. The family provides a private apartment for the couple. Schedule for both will be Wednesday through Sunday, though the caretaker role only requires a 40 hours workweek, while the childcare role will be 50. Must have a valid license, take initiative and have great commons sense. Salary 140-200K plus benefits. Flexible start.
