Nanny/ Housekeeper, live out and live in, part time

Fleischmanns, NY. Bay Area, CA. & Brooklyn, NY.

 

A busy family of three, based in the Catskills, needs to hire a temporary live out part time Nanny/ Housekeeper to assist in the care of their toddler and handle very light household upkeep from August -October 2023.. Responsibilities include: daily childcare, including planning developmentally appropriate and educational games & activities, diapering & toilet training, preparing meals & snacks for the child, helping to maintain general household tidiness (cleaning up common areas, dishes, etc.), family laundry, and running errands. The family employs a part time housekeeper for all deep and heavy cleaning. While based near Fleischmanns, NY. In the Catskills, this family spends about a month and a half in NYC, and @4 months a year (on and off) in the Bay Area. The ideal person will be local to Upstate NY and willing to live in and travel with the family. When out of state, the family is happy to send the nanny/ housekeeper home for long weekends. Schedule is a guaranteed 30 hours a week, Monday to Friday, working between 9am and 5pm, with an occasional late night. Salary range: $35-45/hr. range. Ideally looking for a late summer or early fall start.
