Estate/House Manager

Live-Out, Full-Time

Chicago, IL (+ Periodic Travel)

 

A highly experienced  Estate/House Manager is needed to manage the day-to-day operations of several US based properties. Excellent interpersonal, managerial, technology, hospitality and communication skills are required for success in this special role.  The position is primarily based in Chicago with periodic trips to secondary, west-coast properties.  Candidates must speak both Spanish and English fluently.  Responsibilities include: staff and vendor management, property maintenance management, maintaining household manuals, policies, standards and protocols, event planning and management, coordinating pet care, providing concierge services to the family and guests and communicating and coordinating with the business office. Schedule is primarily Monday-Friday with flexibility to work weekends as needed –  occasional travel to west coast properties is a must. Salary range 125k -175k DOE + benefits. Immediate start.
