Position: Full Time, Housekeeper, Live Out, Personal Assistant

A busy executive couple, in Newport Beach, CA, needs to hire a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant & House Manager to join their team.  Responsibilities include:  heavy calendar management & scheduling for the principals, travel arrangements, coordinating with various stakeholders, including agents, publicists, stylists, communicating with other team members (including household staff & assistants), handling correspondence, running errands, household shopping & ordering, scheduling & overseeing vendors, managing budgets, keeping records, overseeing the cleanliness & organization of the home, caring for the family dog, assisting with light & healthy meal prep, and tackling any special projects or tasks that may arise! The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, possess exceptional multitasking abilities, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities is an absolute must, as the principals have rigorous work and personal schedules as public figures. While the typical schedule will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, it is important that all candidates be flexible for additional coverage for late nights, weekends, or holidays. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and their own transportation and at least 5 years of relevant experience.. Salary range: 75-100K + plus benefits. Immediate start.
