Applicant’s K and M are a domestic couple currently located in Florida but seeking a new role anywhere on the East Coast. They have a solid amount of experience, including working together for four years, as well as a rich and diverse history of independent work. In addition to their joint experience, Applicant M has a career focusing on contractor work, as well as handling indoor/ outdoor houseman duties, handyman projects, landscaping, and estate management. Both had truly excellent references and Applicant M’s current employer let us know he handles everything from landscaping to miscellaneous handyman duties and maintaining the HVAC and other household systems. Applicant K’s experience is very diverse and while currently employed as an elementary teacher, she has handled everything from housekeeping to childcare to household management. They are a truly delightful and hardworking team and any employer would be lucky to have them! Applicant’s K and M are flexible to live in or live out roles, depending on the position and salary offered, though their preference is for accommodations to be provided. They both have valid driver’s licenses and can travel. Both of their current employers know they are looking so their departure and ability to start a new role is flexible.
