Nanny Z  has a break in childcare between 2015 and 2021, during which she needed to care for a medically sensitive family member, while working part-time cleaning homes and being a bit of a family assistant, handling any tasks that a client may need to complete. Her most recent childcare role came to an end because the children’s grandmother moved in to provide full-time childcare and Nanny Z  was no longer needed.
