Nanny M has always surrounded herself with children and has been working with families in her neighborhood and community which allowed her to build a large pool of families who have hired her full-time and part-time between 2014 – 2021. With around eleven years of childcare experience and obtaining credentials and certifications in being a career travel nanny, Nanny M connected with Pavillion to find her next career Nanny position. Nanny M is a bright, energetic, individual that loves connecting with families and helping their little ones grow. While finishing and preparing for the PNCP (Professional Nanny and Childcare Provider) Exam, she will be professionally accredited in classes such as car seat technician, basic-advanced childcare, nutrition basics, and developing an age-appropriate curriculum. While education and growth are important, she loves utilizing the artistic and crafty side of her personality to engage in fun daily activities! She is musically included and enjoys arts and crafts, photography, hiking, outdoor activities, cooking, and baking with children. Nanny M has experience caring for children ages newborn to school-aged and has experience caring for multiples and children with special needs. She believes in open communication and enjoys working as a teammate with parents. She pairs well with hands-on or stay-at-home parents, but also works as a full charge and can lead independently for working parents. She holds experience with the Montessori approach of learning but is flexible to adapt her childcare techniques based on what the family prefers. She currently lives in Ohio but is seeking a full-time live-in or ROTA nanny position. She offers full flexibility with her schedule, can travel domestically and internationally for great lengths of time, cooks is pet friendly, drives, swims and is covid vaccinated.
