She has a valid license and passport, as well as her own car, Is a strong swimmer, tech savvy, and is happy to pitch in wherever a family may need her. Her references describe her as reliable, great with children, neat and organized, meticulous, and proactive. One reference, said it was evident within Applicant R’s first week of employment that her daughter was happy and said Applicant R would often offer to make dinner for the family. She went further to tell us about a time when she was out running errands and happened to see her daughter and Applicant R across the street (unbeknownst to Applicant R) and said it really stood out to her how engaging of a nanny she was, never taking her eye off her.
