C has been a career nanny and household manager for over 10 years and has cared for children ages newborn to 6 years of age. She learned from a young age that her passion for education was here to stay. C started her career teaching in preschools and shadowing educators in the special education department. She transitioned out of the classroom and used her classroom teaching experience and techniques inside private homes. C always researches and enjoys broadening her education to fine-tune her skill sets. She uses her education background regularly making weekly lesson plans that follow an age-appropriate curriculum to promote a love for learning. You can find C in the kitchen with the kids working on measurements, simple math, conversions, and life skills or elbows deep in a developmentally appropriate craft, outside in nature, or trying new science experiments. She ensures that each day will be a balance of education and fun keeping children stimulated and giving them the tools to grow to be the best, well-rounded versions of themselves they can be. Her experience with many different children, families, and learning styles over the last decade gave her the ability to assess what will work best for each individual child and family and hit the ground running from there.
