A family with homes in Washington DC, Nantucket, and Palm Beach, Florida, needs to hire a Domestic Couple to join their team and assist with the year-around upkeep of their homes. Responsibilities include: detailed housekeeping including deep cleaning, household organization, family laundry and ironing, cooking family meals for breakfast, occasional lunches, and dinners, keeping the kitchen tidy while cooking, light serving, grocery shopping, maintaining the kitchen and pantry, running errands, handling outdoor houseman duties including maintaining the pool and patio spaces, cleaning furniture, power washing, setting up furniture, some heavy lifting in and around the home, pet care, taking care of house plants, doing daily house inspections and ensuring that all systems are in proper working order, arranging for any necessary repairs and supervision of vendors and service personnel, supervision of outside staff and part time housekeepers. Both individuals must be able to pitch in and assist other staff wherever needed. Valid driver’s licenses are a must as the role will include some driving. Accommodations will be provided for the couple at all three locations. The schedule is Monday to Friday with flexible times. 2 days off per week with one of the days being the sole staff member working. Salary range: $180-200K plus benefits. Immediate start!
