A family of five, in New Canaan, CT, needs to hire a full-time Nanny to help care for their three children ranging in age from infancy to school age. Responsibilities will primarily be: newborn care, ( The family will hire a baby nurse for the first few months for the infant), meal preparation, assuring the child meets developmental milestones, diapering, etc. The Nanny should work well with a hands-on Mom who works part-time from home. While primary responsibility is for the baby, the Nanny should also be comfortable tag-teaming with Mom for care/after-school pick up for the two older children. All candidates should be comfortable with all three children in case the parents have to step out. Driving is a huge plus. Swimming and Covid vaccine are required. The family prefers a live in Nanny and will provide a private room and bath, however, they are open to a local live-out candidate if they can provide flexibility with the schedule. Salary of $30-35/hr. The schedule is Monday through Friday 7 am – 7 pm.
