A busy office, in Midtown Manhattan, needs to hire an experienced and reliable Administrative Assistant to join their team. Duties will evolve around supporting one of the executives and will include: answering phone calls, email correspondence, calendar management, scheduling and booking, coordination with other staff, online ordering and research, and other ad-hoc administrative duties. The ideal candidate must be well-spoken and team spirited. Must work well with others and take and follow directions well. The schedule is Monday – Thursday (9AM-6PM) and Friday (9AM-4PM). Salary: $80K and benefits. Immediate start.
