Position: Full Time, Live Out, Property Manager
Location: Manhattan, New York

A family in Downtown Manhattan needs to hire a highly experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their residence. The Property Manager will ensure the smooth operation of systems, services, and staff and act as the main point of contact for all related needs.  They will be responsible for understanding and clearly communicating the family’s preferences, goals, and expectations to staff and other team members.  A high level of organization is required to perform all duties.  The Property Manager (PM) will create and update maintenance schedules, household manuals, protocols, and policies.  They will perform HR functions, manage household calendars, coordinate vendors, negotiate and review contracts, track expenses, manage detailed inventories (e.g. wine, art, and collectibles), oversee special projects, and assist the team with pet care for the family’s dogs. The PM will coordinate with other managers, Family Office personnel, accountants, and a variety of third-party service providers.  Fostering, promoting, and contributing to an atmosphere of mutual respect, team-spirit, positivity, and drive to achieve is a must.  The schedule is generally Monday – Friday with flexibility to work weekends and holidays as requested.  Qualified candidates will have strong computer/tech, follow-up, trouble-shooting, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.  Seeking family and pet-friendly candidates with a minimum of 7-10 years of similar experience as a Property Manager or Estate Manager.  Salary in the $150K – $175K range, possibly more, DOE plus excellent benefits,.
