A Gentlelady, on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, needs to hire an emotionally intelligent and organized Personal Assistant to provide gentle structure and support in her daily life. Based entirely in the home, this position involves collaborating with one longtime housekeeper, assisting with personal calendar management, coordinating with service providers, organizing documents and personal projects, handling online orders and household tasks, maintaining simple, effective organizational systems, and caring for a beloved dog. The ideal candidate is calm, kind, proactive, and discreet, able to anticipate needs and offer support without being intrusive, comfortable with quieter, self-directed days, and skilled with Mac computers and basic tech tasks. Prior experience as a Personal Assistant in a private home, strong organizational and communication skills, and a grounded, patient temperament are essential for creating a steady, thoughtful, and harmonious home environment. The schedule is Monday to Friday, part time 20 to 25 hours per week, more hours for the right candidate. Salary range: $50-$65/hour
