A family of four, in Brooklyn, needs to hire an engaging and active career Nanny who can assist in the care of their toddler and, eventually, their infant. Responsibilities include: school drop off/ pick up, transporting the children to activities, planning age appropriate & engaging outings & activities, maintaining sleep/ feeding schedules, preparing meals & snacks, child-related housekeeping & laundry, monitoring developmental milestones, and evolving with the children as they age. The role will start out handling full time care for the oldest and once parental leave is over, taking over care of the baby, as well. This is likely to happen in late December/ early January and the family is offering an increase in salary once the Nanny shifts to caring for both. All applicants must have a strong command of the English language, be fully vaccinated, and able to keep up with a very active toddler. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm. Salary range: $25-30/hr. (for one child) plus monthly MetroCard. Family is moving to Brooklyn heights in August and they are seeking a late August/ early September start.
