Nanny/Family Assistant  Full-Time, Live-Out

Concord, MA

 

A family of four, outside of Boston, needs to hire a developmentally savvy and engaging Nanny/Family Assistant to help care for their infant and school aged child. Responsibilities include: engaging the children in age appropriate play and activities, monitoring developmental milestones and collaborating with hands-on parents, managing the children’s activity schedule, packing and unpacking for travel, bringing in packages, assistance with family laundry, organization/tidying of children’s bedrooms and play areas, pitching in with light housekeeping, errands and grocery shopping, driving the children to and from activities, preparing meals for children, and overseeing the home when family travels. The family hopes to have a third child, so infant experience will be needed. The family would like to have someone grow with their family, eventually having more focus on household management as the children age. Flexibility for a few overnights per year and regular date nights. Candidates must be confident drivers and have reliable transportation, be comfortable with an at home Mom and be pet friendly. Salary range: $35-45/hr. plus overtime and a health insurance contribution.
