A family of four, in Williamsburg Brooklyn, needs to hire a part time Housekeeper to care for their 2,500sq foot townhouse. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning, mopping, dusting, laundry, household organization, and running errands. The family resides in Florida most of the year so the housekeeper will monitor the home, bring in mail and packages 1 day a week. When the family is in the home June through September the housekeeper will work 10 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Should the housekeeper be child friendly and want additional hours to babysit, the family can accommodate this. Must be covid vaccinated.  Monthly salary when family is not in the home is $400/ month. When the family is in the home and the housekeeper works, they will pay an hourly rate of $40/hour.
