A young family in West New York, NJ, needs to hire a dedicated Personal/ Family Assistant to oversee the administrative and operational management of their home and family life. Responsibilities include managing calendars and scheduling for both principals, coordinating domestic and international travel, overseeing and scheduling vendor, handling routine financial and administrative tasks alongside the family’s accountant, managing household inventory, coordinating household deliveries, and overseeing ongoing family logistics, applications, paperwork, and deadline-driven projects. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech savvy, discreet, proactive, and experienced supporting busy principals in a private home environment. This is not a large-scale management role, but rather a hands-on operational and personal support position for a busy young family. Schedule is generally Monday through Friday with flexibility, totaling approximately 30–40 hours per week. Salary range: $100-140K plus benefits. Immediate start.
