A family of five, who live year-round in Southampton, NY, need to hire a full-time Family Assistant/Nanny to become a meaningful and lasting presence in their home. Responsibilities include: assisting with morning and evening routines, school pickups, meal preparation, cooking family meals, activity planning, and maintaining an organized environment through household support. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively, as the family currently has two au pairs in the home who will assist and support this role. This role goes beyond traditional childcare, requiring someone who is thoughtful, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to support children’s emotional development while helping manage the day to day flow of a busy household.
