A professional household on the Upper East Side of Manhattan is seeking an experienced Nanny/House Manager with approximately 75% household management and 25% childcare. This position is ideal for a professional who takes pride in maintaining a clean home and views cooking and organization as core strengths. Household responsibilities include:  daily laundry and ironing, detailed household organization,  grocery shopping, restocking supplies, and coordinating with vendors, coking, particularly dinner preparation, is a central requirement. Childcare duties in the afternoon include: school pickups, managing after-school transitions, supervising homework, transporting children to activities, assisting with baths and evening routines, and serving dinner by 7:00 PM. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, strong time management skills, at least five years of verifiable experience in a combined household management/nanny role, and a proactive, detail-oriented, and calm professional presence. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with occasional late evenings, full day coverage during principal travel, and approximately four overnight stays per year. Salary: $40-45/hour.
