A family of five, in Newtown, PA, needs to hire an educationally-minded career Nanny/House Manager. Responsibilities include: homework help, meal prep, tidying and organizing the children’s areas, assisting with before and after school routines, driving to and from school/activities, homework help, maintaining daily routines, coordinating activities, grocery shopping and traveling with the family throughout the year. The Nanny needs to be flexible with her schedule and stay for occasional overnights when the father is traveling for work. Must be dog friendly, happy to support light pet care. This position is ideal for an educationally-minded career nanny and house manager who is a gentle disciplinarian who enjoys engaging with school-aged kids and collaborating with hands-on parents. Schedule: Mondays and Tuesdays from 7am to 5pm, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11am to 6pm, and Fridays from 11am to 5pm or similar. Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, and travel will be asked for in advance and appreciated. Salary: $40/hour based on the 40-hour/week schedule + a health insurance stipend, a vehicle for professional use, and a significant retention bonus based on longevity.
