The Property Manager will ensure the smooth operation of systems, services, and staff and act as the main point of contact for all related needs. A high level of organization is required to perform all duties. The Property Manager (PM) will create and update maintenance schedules, household manuals, protocols, and policies. Responsibilities include: property maintenance – overseeing the interior and exterior of large home, including the swimming pool, tennis court and carriage house. On a daily basis, walk the interior and exterior of all structures, assess issues and proactively address any necessary repairs and maintenance, perform repairs and maintenance on the property or coordinate with contractors around the family schedule, advise management when specialists need to be hired to address complex repairs, liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, maintain all vehicles including paperwork, seasonal cleaning, liaise with specialty vendors and housekeeping staff to plan and execute seasonal deep cleaning of the interiors, including upholstery, fireplaces, HVAC systems, air ducts, etc., run errands as needed, assist the Housekeeping staff with laundry, ironing and organization, provide occasional driving services when required, create weekly reports of all expenditures for maintenance and repair of interior and exterior for accounting/management, assist Principals with home organization projects, packing and unpacking for trips and seasonal relocation to other residences, manage inventory of perishables, pantry items, medicine supplies, toiletries and dry goods The ideal couple will have at least 5-7 years of experience working in a similar capacity.
