A family, in Chelsea, needs to hire a full-time Personal Assistant to help manage their home and ensure their lives are running smoothly. Responsibilities include: general administrative tasks – calendar management, making purchases, budgets & billing, handling correspondence, filing, and household management duties – overseeing & working with other household staff, scheduling & overseeing vendors in the home, event planning, managing household inventories, troubleshooting problems that may arise, running errands, gift purchasing, wardrobe management, some pet care, and the ability to occasionally chaperone children. All applicants must be resourceful, able to work independently, as well as with others, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and be tech-savvy, pet-friendly and detail-oriented. The schedule is Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm, with some flexibility. Salary range: 90-140K plus health.
