Personal Assistant Full-Time, Live-out

A fast-growing medical tech startup company, located in Washington, D.C., is seeking an experienced and creative PersonalAssistant to join their team and provide support to their CEO. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level support and ensuring that the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. The main duties will include, but are not limited to: Managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with email management and correspondence, drafting communications on behalf of the CEO, conducting research and compiling reports as needed, assisting with social media and other marketing efforts, coordinating with other departments within the company to ensure smooth communication and workflow, providing general administrative support, including filing, copying, scanning, and other tasks as needed. Applicants are required to have experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, have proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, be technologically savvy, as well as have familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners. Applicants must also possess excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, high attention to detail and accuracy, and strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field are preferred. Must be able to work on-site at the office. The schedule for this role will be Monday – Friday working 40 hours per week with flexibility needed. The salary for this position is $90-140K + Benefits and 401K. Immediate start.
