Domestic Couple, Full-time, Live-in

A couple, in the Boston, MA. Suburbs, needs to hire a  a live-in Domestic Couple to manage and maintain their primary residence. Responsibilities include: daily housekeeping, upkeep & organization of the home, family laundry & care for linens, supervising the property when principals are away, scheduling maintenance, overseeing vendors, assisting in the kitchen, preparing the home for guests, running household errands & grocery shopping, some care for the property, assisting with pet care, maintaining vehicles, and any special projects that may arise. All candidates must be organized and know how to take initiative, working without supervision quite often. Applicants should drive and be covid vaccinated. There is a private apartment in the home for the couple. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, typically 9am to 9pm with a 2-3 hour break in the day. Salary range 150-180K. Late January/ early February 2023 start.
