Executive Personal Assistant, full-time, live out

A company, in Greenwich Connecticut, needs to hire a full-time Executive/Personal Assistant to join the team and help support the Principal in both work and personal life. Responsibilities include: managing his schedule, drafting, reviewing, and sending communications, organizing and preparing for meetings – including gathering documents and attending to logistics of the meetings, answering and responding to phone calls, and communicating messages and information to the Principal, prioritize emails and responding when necessary, coordinating travel arrangements, maintaining various records and documents for the Principal and assistance with his personal life and calendar. The candidate must have time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines, have good verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational skills. Must work well with others. The schedule is Monday through Friday 9 am – 5 pm with flexibility for additional hours. Salary – 100k -150k + benefits. Immediate start.
