A Long term Pavillion Client, in Miami, needs to hire a Full time live out Temporary Nanny to help care primarily,  for a 6 year old child and occasional assistance with a toddler who has a primary caregiver.   Coverage dates required are  11/24, 11/25, 11/26, 11/28, 11/29 and 12/26-1/3.  The family is looking for someone local to Miami who is fun and able to be flexible with hours. Salary range:  $40-$60 per hour.

A family of five, on the Upper East Side needs to hire a part-time Housekeeper. Responsibilities include: extensive deep cleaning , maintaining the kitchen, laundry, ironing, making beds and household organization. The household currently employs a housekeeper and this part time housekeeper should work well with existing staff. The children of the home are grown but visit, so must be comfortable maintaining a home of five. Must have experience working in formal household. The schedule is working 1 day a week 8 or 9 hours. There is a bonus if candidates are flexible  to stay later for dinner parties 1 -2 times a month to help serve and clean up. Salary: $50 an hour. Immediate start.

Responsibilities include: developmental play, transporting the children to/from playdates, activities and the park, preparing healthy meals and snacks for them, children’s laundry, light housekeeping related to children, and bath and bedtime routine. The ideal individual will have experience with children of similar ages, and be a good communicator with parents. The typical schedule would be 8/9am – 6pm Saturday and Sunday with flexibility. Responsibilities include: deep cleaning and daily maintenance, household organizing, caring for fine furniture and artwork, laundry, packing and unpacking for frequent travel, occasional pet care for a large adorable dog and running errands in the neighborhood. The couple has a home in Nassau county and the Houseman will be asked to travel there periodically. A busy family, on the Upper East Side, needs to hire a skilled Chauffeur.  Key Responsibilities include: Safely transporting the Employer, family, and authorized guests to and from appointments, school, events, and outings, selecting optimal routes based on traffic, weather, and timing considerations, escorting and assisting passengers with doors, luggage, and personal belongings, keeping all vehicles clean, inside and out, and ensure they are fueled and well-maintained, conducting weekly inspections (tires, fluids, lights, etc.) and recording findings in a logbook, handle minor repairs and coordinating service appointments at authorized dealerships, maintaining organized records of all receipts, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring valid registration, insurance, and toll passes are always in the vehicle, running errands and assisting with deliveries or pickups as assigned, assisting with small household maintenance tasks, outdoor cleaning, and vendor supervision as needed, accompanying the family on outings or walks, assisting with shopping and pet care and remaining alert to potential security and safety issues around the family.

All candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a personal or executive driver, have strong knowledge of New York City and tri-state area routes, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed. Must be well-groomed, punctual, and reliable. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and occasional travel. Must have a minimum of 10 hours of rest prior to each shift.
