A soon to be family of four, in SoHo, needs to  hire a top notch Nanny to care for their young child and newborn on the way. Responsibilities include all daily childcare duties: preparing healthy employer approved meals, maintaining nap and daily schedules, bathing and dressing, creating a fun and educational play environment, managing school and activity drop-offs and pick-ups, assisting with homework, engaging the children in developmentally appropriate learning activities, and supporting light housekeeping related to the children’s clothing, toys, and dishes. The Nanny will maintain a daily written log of meals, naps, activities, and moods, proactively suggest schedule improvements, remain vigilant about health and safety, provide ad hoc care when needed, travel with the family, stay informed about enriching child focused events in New York City; and communicate efficiently, especially with the House Manager. Flexibility, a e, and readiness to take on additional childcare tasks are essential. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 50-60 hours a week. Salary range is $120,000-$135,000 plus benefits.  Immediate start.
