A busy professional, located in Jackson, WY, is seeking a Full-Time Personal Assistant. Responsibilities and duties will be: handling all scheduling matters, monitoring and responding to emails, managing documents, booking appointments, answering phone calls and responding to texts, keeping track of personal inventory and purchasing, booking travel and logistics, scheduling vendors, vehicle maintenance (scheduling service & cleanings), running errands as requested, winterizing and summarizing homes, traveling with the principal as needed, gift purchasing and wrapping, and maintaining a list of logins, vendors, etc. All candidates must have a valid driver license & US passport, ability to lift 40 pounds, and 10 years prior experience working in the same capacity. Applicants must be both child and pet friendly. The ideal person will have a pleasant, refined, and helpful demeanor with a pitch-in attitude. Discretion and confidentiality at the highest level must be given at all times. The schedule for this position is working 5 days a week from 9am – 6pm, flexibility is needed on the days worked and will vary based on the principals schedule. The schedule can also be on a rotation working 3 weeks on and one week off. For non-rotational candidates, the principal will provide a housing stipend and assistance with relocation costs. The role is offering a salary starting at $150K, depending on experience, plus benefits. Immediate start!
