A businesswoman, with multiple residences, needs to hire a self-starting, proactive Personal/Household Assistant to manage day-to-day household and personal tasks across her properties in New Jersey, New York, Florida, and the UK. Key responsibilities include: managing calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating logistics for multiple properties, providing travel assistance, caring for animals, running errands, shopping for household necessities, and overseeing maintenance tasks as needed. All candidates must be passport-ready and able to travel between residences or accompany the employer on business trips. A valid driver’s license is essential. All candidates must be comfortable around animals, especially dogs, and have excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail. This live-in role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work independently without constant direction. The schedule typically involves working 40-50 hours per week with 2 days off. Salary range: $75,000 – $150,000, depending on experience. Start date is flexible.
